00:00:00.017 --> 00:00:02.837
Welcome to In the Clinic with Camille. My name is Camille Freeman.
00:00:02.997 --> 00:00:04.377
I'm an herbalist and nutritionist.
00:00:04.577 --> 00:00:08.697
And in this podcast, I share little tips and tidbits that might be helpful for other practitioners.
00:00:09.477 --> 00:00:13.317
Today, I wanted to share some reflections on running Monday Mentoring,
00:00:13.417 --> 00:00:17.437
which in case you're not familiar with that is my community of practice membership
00:00:17.437 --> 00:00:19.137
program for other practitioners.
00:00:19.817 --> 00:00:23.817
And the reason I wanted to share some thoughts on this is because we are starting
00:00:23.817 --> 00:00:27.397
our fifth year of Monday Mentoring, which is really wild to me.
00:00:28.057 --> 00:00:31.817
Now, Monday Mentoring, this is not designed to be an advertisement for Monday
00:00:31.817 --> 00:00:33.597
Mentoring, in case you're wondering about that.
00:00:33.777 --> 00:00:38.257
The point of this podcast episode is not so that you will sign up for it.
00:00:38.277 --> 00:00:40.817
In fact, you can't sign up for it. We're not open for new members right now.
00:00:40.977 --> 00:00:43.897
We only open at certain times of the year, and this is not one of those times.
00:00:44.497 --> 00:00:47.477
Instead, I just wanted to share some of the things I've learned along the way
00:00:47.477 --> 00:00:51.617
and give you a little peek behind the scenes as to how Monday Mentoring came
00:00:51.617 --> 00:00:55.137
to be and how it's evolved over the years.
00:00:55.257 --> 00:00:57.537
So that's really what's happening here.
00:00:59.111 --> 00:01:03.191
I'll start at the beginning. And Monday Mentoring began in 2019,
00:01:03.671 --> 00:01:08.091
was conceived in 2019 when I decided to reopen my clinical practice.
00:01:08.431 --> 00:01:12.011
I took a little break when my kids were small. I was working a full-time job
00:01:12.011 --> 00:01:16.891
at the university and just found I could not keep up with my practice. So I took some time off.
00:01:17.091 --> 00:01:21.551
And then in 2019, I decided to reopen my practice and start seeing clients again
00:01:21.551 --> 00:01:26.251
and realized that I was feeling a little isolated and I didn't have a formal,
00:01:26.811 --> 00:01:30.271
structure in place to get support from other practitioners when things came
00:01:30.271 --> 00:01:35.591
up with my clients, such as, you know, I've never seen this particular thing happen before.
00:01:35.671 --> 00:01:38.331
Has anybody else, you know, has this happened to anybody else?
00:01:38.391 --> 00:01:43.211
Or, you know, just run some things on my website by other people or what have you.
00:01:43.271 --> 00:01:46.791
I just felt like I needed a little bit more of a community around that.
00:01:47.351 --> 00:01:51.191
And what I did is what I advise everyone to do when they're thinking about doing
00:01:51.191 --> 00:01:56.351
something new is to first talk to some people that you think might be interested in the program.
00:01:56.491 --> 00:01:59.211
So I put out a little call on my email list and I said, hey,
00:01:59.331 --> 00:02:03.051
I'm thinking about putting together some kind of group support thing for practitioners.
00:02:03.271 --> 00:02:06.611
If that sounds like it might be interesting to you, could I pick your brain
00:02:06.611 --> 00:02:08.791
for 15 or 20 minutes and just talk to you about it?
00:02:09.371 --> 00:02:16.691
And a handful of people signed up and we chatted and I decided to design a program
00:02:16.691 --> 00:02:20.991
based on what what I wanted and my time availability, and then what I had heard
00:02:20.991 --> 00:02:22.091
from the people I talked to.
00:02:22.691 --> 00:02:27.451
I came up with a price kind of out of the blue. I just guesstimated about how
00:02:27.451 --> 00:02:31.571
much I thought I would need to charge based on my time and what I knew about
00:02:31.571 --> 00:02:36.131
the platforms and infrastructure that might be needed to run that program.
00:02:36.331 --> 00:02:39.491
And I decided, you know, at $75 a month seems pretty reasonable.
00:02:40.171 --> 00:02:44.211
I put it out there to my newsletter as a pilot program. I said,
00:02:44.291 --> 00:02:47.211
hey, I'm doing this, open it for a small number of people.
00:02:47.691 --> 00:02:50.911
If you're interested, here's how to sign up. It was not a big push.
00:02:50.991 --> 00:02:53.611
It was just a gentle invitation.
00:02:54.231 --> 00:03:00.291
And about, I can't remember if it was 10 or 12 people signed up for that first event.
00:03:01.137 --> 00:03:05.837
Cohort. We met at 7 p.m. Eastern on Mondays and we alternated roundtables,
00:03:05.837 --> 00:03:08.357
which is where we brought cases to get feedback from other people,
00:03:08.437 --> 00:03:13.117
and then practice management, which is more like support under the hood of a business,
00:03:13.357 --> 00:03:17.217
websites and getting clients and payments and all that kind of stuff.
00:03:17.697 --> 00:03:21.777
So we did that for a while and eventually that cohort, I invited more people
00:03:21.777 --> 00:03:25.117
into it and eventually it got bigger.
00:03:25.257 --> 00:03:29.517
I started a second cohort and then a third.
00:03:29.817 --> 00:03:32.817
I started a group at 5 p.m. I started another group at 12 p.m.
00:03:33.057 --> 00:03:36.797
And eventually I was like, you know what, all these groups, it's a little bit hard to administer.
00:03:37.077 --> 00:03:42.457
And so I decided to combine it. So now instead of running three different sections
00:03:42.457 --> 00:03:46.897
of Monday mentoring, I just said, hey, anybody can come to any session,
00:03:47.037 --> 00:03:49.737
depending on your schedule and what we're talking about.
00:03:49.857 --> 00:03:52.777
You can choose what you want to come to, or you can come to all of them if you want.
00:03:53.057 --> 00:03:56.837
So that was one of a big takeaway that I came to realize is that,
00:03:56.877 --> 00:04:01.637
oh, I could just design it to be convenient for me, as long as I think it's
00:04:01.637 --> 00:04:03.897
also going to serve the participants.
00:04:04.217 --> 00:04:05.997
I just made an executive decision.
00:04:06.357 --> 00:04:10.817
And I found that over time, when I do something that feels kind of dramatic
00:04:10.817 --> 00:04:13.497
and very different from the way that we've been doing things,
00:04:13.717 --> 00:04:16.477
I worry a lot. I'm like, oh, this is going to disrupt people.
00:04:16.597 --> 00:04:17.377
It's going to upset them.
00:04:17.497 --> 00:04:21.157
And I found people are very, very flexible. They're very, very willing to go
00:04:21.157 --> 00:04:26.777
along with you and make the change as long as you're clear and you communicate a lot.
00:04:27.617 --> 00:04:30.997
I found the same thing when I switched platforms. I've moved platforms.
00:04:31.157 --> 00:04:32.617
I can't remember if it's three or four times.
00:04:33.077 --> 00:04:38.017
And especially this last one, I was like, oh, geez, everybody had to re-subscribe
00:04:38.017 --> 00:04:41.237
to a new platform in order to stay part of Monday Mentoring.
00:04:41.297 --> 00:04:42.337
And I was like, oh, I'm going to lose.
00:04:43.017 --> 00:04:46.817
I was worried that I would lose 50% or more of our people.
00:04:47.517 --> 00:04:50.117
And that's not what happened at all. Almost everybody.
00:04:51.190 --> 00:04:54.130
Made the leap, no problem, even though it was not super convenient,
00:04:54.170 --> 00:04:57.330
and they did have to resubscribe and re-sign up and all this.
00:04:57.470 --> 00:05:04.350
But people, again, if you just are clear and contact people and make the information
00:05:04.350 --> 00:05:11.430
available, it's really been fine to make relatively major changes to the program and the way it works.
00:05:12.130 --> 00:05:19.050
Also, a takeaway for me has been not trying to design a program that works for
00:05:19.050 --> 00:05:22.830
everyone, but instead getting really more clear or on who I want it to work for specifically.
00:05:23.430 --> 00:05:26.670
So in the beginning, I was kind of like, oh, pretty much anybody who's kind
00:05:26.670 --> 00:05:29.270
of vaguely involved in herbs or nutrition could be part of this.
00:05:29.570 --> 00:05:34.150
And then over time, what I came to realize is that people who are not yet in
00:05:34.150 --> 00:05:37.170
clinical practice, like maybe they're still in school or they're thinking about
00:05:37.170 --> 00:05:38.890
becoming clinicians one day eventually,
00:05:39.070 --> 00:05:44.670
just aren't the best fit in Monday Mentoring because in order to have a group
00:05:44.670 --> 00:05:48.210
of peers supporting one another, if somebody is not already in clinical practice,
00:05:48.390 --> 00:05:54.030
then of course, They still do have things to contribute to the group,
00:05:54.070 --> 00:05:57.730
but they're still a trained somebody, you know, either working on their training,
00:05:57.830 --> 00:05:59.890
they have human experience to contribute.
00:06:00.130 --> 00:06:04.270
But really what makes the most difference is if we are among others who are
00:06:04.270 --> 00:06:07.990
really in practice and who are on that side of the fence, so to speak.
00:06:08.450 --> 00:06:12.450
So I eventually, about a year, maybe a year and a half ago, I started saying,
00:06:12.610 --> 00:06:16.810
you know what, if you're not in clinical practice yet, please wait to join Monday Mentoring.
00:06:17.290 --> 00:06:21.910
And there's lots of other programs that are similar that people can join while
00:06:21.910 --> 00:06:23.150
they're waiting to start their
00:06:23.150 --> 00:06:25.510
practice. And I have some programs they can take and things like that.
00:06:25.870 --> 00:06:29.270
But that's really made a difference where we really are just having people who
00:06:29.270 --> 00:06:32.230
are already doing this work and that helps a lot.
00:06:32.550 --> 00:06:36.150
So that's been a big part of things.
00:06:37.670 --> 00:06:41.630
Another thing that I've learned is just from the finances to give you a little
00:06:41.630 --> 00:06:47.430
snippet, some insider information. I actually have stuck with that $75 a month price.
00:06:47.630 --> 00:06:53.690
I eventually changed to a pay from the heart model, where $75 is the actual
00:06:53.690 --> 00:06:57.930
amount that I need to just kind of keep the lights on and keep things going.
00:06:58.470 --> 00:07:02.830
So my guess was pretty good in the beginning. But I also realized like,
00:07:02.870 --> 00:07:09.470
okay, it runs a little bit better if we have a slightly higher income.
00:07:10.090 --> 00:07:14.950
So now I have Monday Mentoring is at pay from the heart where it's $75 a month
00:07:14.950 --> 00:07:19.910
or $99 a month, which is the amount that allows me to pay sustainable wages
00:07:19.910 --> 00:07:21.310
to myself and other people.
00:07:21.650 --> 00:07:25.850
And then we have $129 a month, which is more of like a pay it forward price.
00:07:26.030 --> 00:07:28.810
And we do have people at all the tiers.
00:07:29.190 --> 00:07:32.670
I've done a separate podcast episode on pay from the heart pricing,
00:07:32.810 --> 00:07:35.710
which I'll I'll link to so I don't go into that whole thing again.
00:07:36.070 --> 00:07:40.810
But I have decided to just keep the prices the same. I think I probably could
00:07:40.810 --> 00:07:43.990
charge quite a bit more for Monday Mentoring. We.
00:07:44.979 --> 00:07:47.739
We definitely, there's a lot of value in it.
00:07:47.779 --> 00:07:52.759
People who are in Monday Mentoring get access to my deep dives and including
00:07:52.759 --> 00:07:54.819
all my past deep dives and webinar library.
00:07:54.979 --> 00:07:58.399
So at this point, it's, I don't know, 50 or more training classes.
00:07:58.859 --> 00:08:02.819
And anyway, there's a lot, there's a lot included. And I think if I were to
00:08:02.819 --> 00:08:06.579
add up the individual value, it would probably come out to a lot more than $75 a month.
00:08:06.859 --> 00:08:12.059
But I feel good at this price between $75.99 and $129 a month.
00:08:12.159 --> 00:08:14.699
I feel like it's It's a really great value for the people taking it.
00:08:15.039 --> 00:08:16.579
I'm meeting my needs. I'm able
00:08:16.579 --> 00:08:20.739
to pay the guest facility. I have other facilitators that come in now.
00:08:20.859 --> 00:08:23.119
I'm able to pay people what I feel like is a really good price.
00:08:24.039 --> 00:08:27.919
So I've decided to just keep the price the same for now. I know times are a
00:08:27.919 --> 00:08:28.779
little bit tight for people.
00:08:29.279 --> 00:08:33.159
And even though it's been almost five years, well, four years going into it,
00:08:33.319 --> 00:08:37.619
I've just, I don't see or feel a need to increase the price right now,
00:08:37.639 --> 00:08:40.159
even though I probably could. So leaving it where it is.
00:08:40.779 --> 00:08:45.739
That's what's happening. That's what's happening there. I have just to share
00:08:45.739 --> 00:08:50.059
some of the fears and some of the learning edges, I guess you could say,
00:08:50.179 --> 00:08:51.939
that have come up along the way.
00:08:52.419 --> 00:08:55.699
Probably my biggest fear associated with Monday Mentoring is that.
00:08:56.691 --> 00:09:00.991
It's really hard when people sign up for a membership like this,
00:09:01.011 --> 00:09:05.071
it automatically renews on the same day of the month that you signed up.
00:09:05.311 --> 00:09:09.211
And people, there are definitely people who sign up and then I never really see them.
00:09:09.971 --> 00:09:12.951
I'll see them maybe for a few months and then I just hardly see them at all.
00:09:13.291 --> 00:09:18.871
And I worry so much that, especially in the beginning, I was so worried like,
00:09:18.931 --> 00:09:22.491
oh my gosh, these people have forgotten and now they're paying me and they don't
00:09:22.491 --> 00:09:24.231
realize they're paying me and I'm their budget.
00:09:24.271 --> 00:09:28.371
I had all these stories about what was happening and how like somehow my email
00:09:28.371 --> 00:09:31.631
was disappearing and they didn't remember that they were still in it and so on.
00:09:31.711 --> 00:09:35.251
And then I've actually talked to my own mentor a lot about this because,
00:09:35.311 --> 00:09:40.511
oh my gosh, in the beginning, especially I was like, my mentor's name is Alana.
00:09:40.591 --> 00:09:43.431
And I was like, Alana, should I just unenroll them? Because I don't want to
00:09:43.431 --> 00:09:46.611
accidentally be charging them. And she was like, no, Camille,
00:09:46.691 --> 00:09:47.811
this is how memberships work.
00:09:48.211 --> 00:09:50.971
You don't know what's going on behind the scenes. And then finally I started
00:09:50.971 --> 00:09:54.551
reaching out to people and I was like, but you know, I try to check in with people periodically.
00:09:54.971 --> 00:09:58.771
And a lot of people said, I actually watch the recordings. I can't come live,
00:09:58.851 --> 00:10:02.911
but I get a lot out of participating in the community forum,
00:10:03.011 --> 00:10:05.171
or I like to watch the recordings and listen to them.
00:10:05.311 --> 00:10:08.311
And I find the continuing education so helpful.
00:10:08.911 --> 00:10:13.331
So people are, or they're taking a break and then they're planning to come back in a month or two.
00:10:13.951 --> 00:10:17.371
So I've realized like, okay, people just have their own reasons for staying
00:10:17.371 --> 00:10:19.491
subscribed and I don't need to micromanage them.
00:10:19.611 --> 00:10:21.971
Like these are adults, they've signed up, they know the deal,
00:10:21.971 --> 00:10:23.991
and they can leave whenever they want.
00:10:24.211 --> 00:10:27.951
What I do, what I have done just to make myself feel better is I've made it
00:10:27.951 --> 00:10:30.131
just incredibly easy to cancel.
00:10:30.171 --> 00:10:36.071
I send an email out every Sunday with kind of like a synopsis of what's happening in Monday Mentoring.
00:10:36.151 --> 00:10:39.911
And at the bottom, all of them say like, here's how to cancel Monday Mentoring
00:10:39.911 --> 00:10:41.091
with a link to how to do it.
00:10:41.491 --> 00:10:44.511
And you know, when you log into the membership, it's right there at the top
00:10:44.511 --> 00:10:47.091
of your Monday Mentoring dashboard. It's like, here's how you can cancel.
00:10:47.391 --> 00:10:51.851
Because I never want anybody to stay if they don't want to stay in Monday Mentoring.
00:10:52.731 --> 00:10:55.131
Some other things that I have learned are.
00:10:56.736 --> 00:11:00.116
Speaking of kind of like fears and growing edges, at first I was like,
00:11:00.156 --> 00:11:03.236
oh, is it going to be really awkward if people cancel?
00:11:03.656 --> 00:11:06.456
You know, in the beginning, every time somebody would cancel,
00:11:06.556 --> 00:11:09.336
I'd be like, oh, I guess I'm not doing a good job or like what's happening.
00:11:09.696 --> 00:11:13.196
And then I've come to realize people cancel for all kinds of reasons.
00:11:13.416 --> 00:11:15.916
It isn't a good fit for some people and they cancel because they don't like
00:11:15.916 --> 00:11:17.376
it or they're not getting whatever out of it.
00:11:17.756 --> 00:11:21.856
But a lot of people cancel because they're not practicing anymore or they're
00:11:21.856 --> 00:11:24.736
taking a break from practicing or or finances became different,
00:11:24.796 --> 00:11:27.096
or they got too busy with other things.
00:11:27.776 --> 00:11:29.376
There's all kinds of reasons that people cancel.
00:11:30.376 --> 00:11:37.476
And I've learned to manage my own mind around that and just assume that we could
00:11:37.476 --> 00:11:39.176
still have a really great relationship.
00:11:39.736 --> 00:11:44.396
So I never wish anybody poorly when they cancel.
00:11:44.456 --> 00:11:46.756
I don't think badly of them or like, oh, our relationship is ruined,
00:11:46.856 --> 00:11:47.956
or I don't want to talk to them anymore.
00:11:48.416 --> 00:11:53.536
A lot of people, since I've been doing this so long, I find a lot of people actually come back.
00:11:53.996 --> 00:11:57.196
It's one of the really fun things about Monday Mentoring is I've had people,
00:11:57.696 --> 00:12:00.636
cancel and then a year or two later, they might say like, now is actually the
00:12:00.636 --> 00:12:04.816
time and I feel like I can really do this or my finances have changed or,
00:12:04.836 --> 00:12:07.596
you know, I took a break to have a baby and now I'm back or whatever.
00:12:08.016 --> 00:12:12.176
So it's really fun to see people kind of move in and out of the program as their
00:12:12.176 --> 00:12:14.576
needs change and as things evolve.
00:12:14.916 --> 00:12:17.696
I have really great relationships with so many people that I've met through
00:12:17.696 --> 00:12:21.236
Monday Mentoring, even if they're not part of it. I I love that I got to know
00:12:21.236 --> 00:12:22.456
them and we stay in touch.
00:12:22.516 --> 00:12:26.836
And it's not weird when people come in and then leave anymore.
00:12:27.056 --> 00:12:31.736
And so that's been a great thing for me is just to be a resource for people
00:12:31.736 --> 00:12:34.356
when they want to be part of this group and when it's not working for them for
00:12:34.356 --> 00:12:36.796
whatever reason, totally great.
00:12:36.996 --> 00:12:40.536
And I'm glad to have known them in that way and hope that we stay in touch.
00:12:40.756 --> 00:12:46.296
So that's kind of been a fun part of it. It's kind of a learning.
00:12:47.136 --> 00:12:50.796
And learning for me is just enjoying the people that I.
00:12:51.731 --> 00:12:55.731
Enjoying the people that I've met along the way. And then the last thing,
00:12:55.751 --> 00:12:59.331
well, one of the last things I wanted to share with you is just about the amount of work.
00:12:59.651 --> 00:13:02.471
Because I know a lot of people when you think about, oh, maybe I'll do a membership
00:13:02.471 --> 00:13:06.391
or a group program or something like that. You think, oh, it's a little bit
00:13:06.391 --> 00:13:07.551
easier because it's one to many.
00:13:08.031 --> 00:13:10.231
And to a certain extent, yes, it is.
00:13:10.971 --> 00:13:14.271
You know, there's definitely some advantages to doing a group program.
00:13:14.851 --> 00:13:19.951
But what I've ultimately found after four plus years of doing this is that it's
00:13:19.951 --> 00:13:23.851
pretty much the same amount of work as running a clinical practice,
00:13:23.891 --> 00:13:26.131
a one-on-one practice. It's just a different type of work.
00:13:27.231 --> 00:13:32.571
So I really don't think it's any easier and in some ways it's harder than a
00:13:32.571 --> 00:13:34.411
full one-on-one practice.
00:13:35.231 --> 00:13:39.431
It's just now the work of it is more administrative.
00:13:40.071 --> 00:13:46.171
There's more people to manage. There's more, you know, tech issues that come up along the way.
00:13:46.351 --> 00:13:51.971
I do, I think I mentioned earlier, now I do have other facilitators coming in.
00:13:52.051 --> 00:13:55.171
So I'm not personally doing every single session. I try to do about half of
00:13:55.171 --> 00:13:57.011
them at least every month.
00:13:57.151 --> 00:14:01.351
And then I have guest facilitators coming in to do, not guests because a lot
00:14:01.351 --> 00:14:05.311
of folks are regular facilitators, but I have other facilitators coming in to
00:14:05.311 --> 00:14:08.611
expand Horizons. And so it's not just me.
00:14:09.451 --> 00:14:13.691
But, you know, I'm organizing schedules and now I have Amy, who's an assistant,
00:14:13.911 --> 00:14:16.111
my assistant, and, you know, websites.
00:14:16.231 --> 00:14:19.771
And there's all these buttons that aren't working and links that are supposed
00:14:19.771 --> 00:14:21.371
to be doing something that they're not doing.
00:14:21.491 --> 00:14:24.851
And, you know, there's other things that come up. Like if you want to have a
00:14:24.851 --> 00:14:27.611
group program, then you need to have more people.
00:14:27.731 --> 00:14:30.791
You know, like people leave Monday Mentorings and then if you...
00:14:31.737 --> 00:14:35.197
Want to keep it at the same level that you got to have more people coming in all the time.
00:14:35.497 --> 00:14:39.917
So it's a different type of work. It's not easier. It's not better. It's just different.
00:14:40.097 --> 00:14:44.737
I really enjoy it. I enjoy having the mix of Monday Mentoring and my one-on-one
00:14:44.737 --> 00:14:48.737
work, but it's definitely a different, it's kind of a different beast.
00:14:49.377 --> 00:14:54.297
And anyway, so those are some things that have come up in terms of what's on
00:14:54.297 --> 00:14:57.537
the horizon for Monday Mentoring, like improvements, things that I want to make.
00:14:57.597 --> 00:15:03.217
Some of the things that are on my mind to grapple with moving into the end of
00:15:03.217 --> 00:15:10.017
2024 and on into 2025 is that I'm constantly trying to walk the line between
00:15:10.017 --> 00:15:12.457
having Monday Mentoring not be the Camille show.
00:15:12.777 --> 00:15:18.837
I really, my intention is that it is a group of people working together and
00:15:18.837 --> 00:15:21.357
that it's not just, oh, here's what Camille thinks about this,
00:15:21.417 --> 00:15:25.517
but But really, we're, you know, me stepping out of the way and facilitating,
00:15:25.717 --> 00:15:30.177
you know, a group of people to work together on something.
00:15:30.277 --> 00:15:33.457
And so I definitely, sometimes I'm on the wrong side of that line.
00:15:33.557 --> 00:15:38.657
And I need to constantly remind myself to listen more than I'm talking and to
00:15:38.657 --> 00:15:42.437
keep my role really clear so that it's not all about me.
00:15:43.397 --> 00:15:46.857
Teaching, when I'm teaching continuing education, then it is kind of the Camille
00:15:46.857 --> 00:15:50.117
show. but for the facilitated sessions, which is most of Monday mentoring,
00:15:50.277 --> 00:15:52.497
I'm trying to remind myself to,
00:15:53.415 --> 00:15:57.655
to leave lots of space for other people. And then the other growing edge for
00:15:57.655 --> 00:16:03.035
Monday Mentoring that I'm thinking about going forward is really just the simplicity aspect of it.
00:16:03.655 --> 00:16:09.315
Because as my interest is always like, oh, we could do this and we could do that.
00:16:09.335 --> 00:16:11.895
And we could add, you know, we could add this here or that there.
00:16:12.035 --> 00:16:14.775
And what I found works really well for people is actually if it's just simple.
00:16:15.175 --> 00:16:18.715
The more simple I can keep it, the less overwhelmed people feel.
00:16:19.075 --> 00:16:23.475
So I've started trying to explain Monday Mentoring to People as just show up
00:16:23.475 --> 00:16:29.915
for one hour a week to either attend a live session or review one of our webinars
00:16:29.915 --> 00:16:34.175
in the library for continuing education or even just showing up in the community
00:16:34.175 --> 00:16:35.795
forum and meeting some other people.
00:16:36.015 --> 00:16:41.055
If you just do an hour a week on improving your business or growing as a practitioner,
00:16:41.195 --> 00:16:44.515
then you'll find that you're evolving quite a bit.
00:16:45.095 --> 00:16:48.435
So I'm really working on not overwhelming
00:16:48.435 --> 00:16:52.535
people and not having it be too complicated so that it's like,
00:16:52.595 --> 00:16:55.595
oh, I'm missing out on stuff, but really thinking like, how can I make this
00:16:55.595 --> 00:17:00.835
accessible and easy and something that feels supportive and building rather
00:17:00.835 --> 00:17:06.035
than something that's wearing you down and just constantly adding to your to-do list.
00:17:06.035 --> 00:17:10.275
So those are things that I'm that I'm working on as we move forward into the
00:17:10.275 --> 00:17:14.355
next into the next iteration of wherever that's going to take us.
00:17:14.675 --> 00:17:18.835
So I hope this has been helpful for you just to hear a little bit more about
00:17:18.835 --> 00:17:21.195
how things have evolved and where we are.
00:17:21.195 --> 00:17:25.975
If you have specific questions about Monday Mentoring, just the admin parts
00:17:25.975 --> 00:17:30.575
of things or anything else, I would love to answer your questions here on the podcast.
00:17:30.915 --> 00:17:35.915
